Fleur Sullivan
Before moving to Moeraki, Fleur Sullivan worked in hospitality in Central Otago, including at Olivers in Clyde. A new chapter began on the coast, where the harbour and its fishing boats offered a different way of life.
Her early food venture in Moeraki was a small caravan. The restaurant that followed made use of an unusual waterside site and materials collected from around New Zealand.
